Dynamometer Test
(Pump Card/Efficiency)
Our Dynamometer testing is performed using an acoustic data acquisition tool to calculate accurate load and position data.
- Immediately notify you via text message or email with the testing results.
- Provide you with an easy to read customer test report.
- Mail a copy of the completed Dynamometer Test to your office for your records.
- A movie of your Pump Efficiency can be provided for an additional $25.

The Dynamometer Test provides acquisition of load and position data with sufficient accuracy for most analysis. A surface dynamometer card and a downhole pump card are calculated as well as traveling valve and standing valve. Rod loadings, beam loadings, gear box loadings and pump performance can be determined if surface equipment data is provided. Motor current data for balancing and motor size/motor performance analysis is provided if requested.
